At Pastificio Sandro, our mission is to make authentic handmade pasta easy to enjoy at home — supplying fresh pasta to customers who come to our store from all over Melbourne.

Our handmade pasta is prepared fresh daily using Australian durum semolina flour and other quality ingredients from local producers. Our pasta cabinet includes a variety of filled and unfilled shapes showcasing traditional artisan techniques, with gluten-free and vegan options always available.
