We understand that sometimes you may need to return your times for various reasons. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The request must be made within 2 days of receiving your product.
- Products with signs of damage, tampering, or contamination will not be eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to receive an item for return if:
- The item is perishable such as fresh pasta, fresh produce, or any refrigerated goods.
- Gift Cards.
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team at email@example.com to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.
- Return your items to us in-store (822 High Street, Thornbury), within 2 days of initiating the return.
Once we have received your item/s for return and have inspected it. We will be in contact to update you on the status of your refund. The time it takes to process the refund may vary however, we will endeavour to make this process as seamless as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the status of the order and may not be possible if the order is already in the packing process.
We pride ourselves on fresh, seasonal products. If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact our team immediately and will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
