Along with our other Umberto Group ventures, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to foodies in the inner north. On Friday and Saturday nights, we transform our pasta shop into an intimate 16-seat diner. By day, the table is used for pasta making. After dark, it becomes the stage for p r o v a’s unique culinary experience led by our head chef Adrian Bressanutti (ex-Stokehouse).

At p r o v a, we’ll show you what you can do with produce grown and made locally here in Australia. Sit down to a six-course set menu of inventive Italian cuisine, changing regularly to reflect what’s in season. We’re passionate about finding creative ways to showcase what you can find on our shelves, including our fresh house-made pasta.

Since opening in April 2024, p r o v a has been the subject of some rave reviews in The Age Good Food and Concrete Playground. We were also featured as one of Urban List’s Best New Restaurants, Bars And Cafes In Melbourne. Bookings are available Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm.
