Handmade Cappelletti made using Australian durum semolina and fresh, free-range eggs. Filled with pork, pancetta & sage, this is a celebration dish which will have your guests flocking to the table. Serve with our house-rendered Sage Butter for a dish that is simple to prepare yet delivers exquisite flavour.
