We have developed and nurtured relationships with local producers as a commitment to bring you only the freshest ingredients.
Australian milled flours and other speciality grains, farm
fresh free-range eggs and seasonal produce all come
together to create exceptional handmade pasta, each
piece unique. Our extensive assortment of sughetti
(pasta sauces) and take-home meals are all prepared in
house and ready to enjoy around the warmth of your
own kitchen table.
In our pantry you will find, specialty products such as
house-rendered butters, extra virgin olive oil, boutique
condiments and of course, plenty of vino. Our selection
includes both classic and low intervention wines from
Italy, alongside local vineyards producing Italian
varietals. To cap off your meal, we have everything you
need to mix up your own aperitivi, while featuring some
interesting vermouths and amari.
Over the years, we have worked ardently to develop our
fresh pasta recipes and feel very proud to share them
