All trade secrets will be revealed. Learn how to make perfect dough using the finest Australian durum semolina. Master the art of beautifully filled spinach & ricotta ravioli as well as hand cut tagliatelle, with our seasoned Pastaio.
To finish off the class, enjoy a gorgeous glass of prosecco and a delicious plate of pasta with your fellow pasta-lovers.

Classes will only run with a minimum of 5 people. If we do not meet this requirement we reserve the right to cancel the class and anyone booked will be offered an alternative date. We will however endeavour to satisfy booking requests as best we can.
